Delete your account

In the app

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to support@sanuo.app from the email address you used in Sanuo (or include your Telegram username if you used the Telegram bot) with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, sex, age, height, weight, goals, food exclusions)
• All logs: meals, weight, water, sleep, stress, steps and workouts
• Conversations with the AI coach and anything the coach remembers about you
• Reminders, reports and push notification tokens

Data is removed from our live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days.

What we keep

Payment records (date, amount, plan) are kept for 7 years because Estonian accounting law requires it. They contain no health data.
